Caroline has done it again, working with her was an even better experience the second (and third) time around!! She not only helped us get everything right to sell our beloved house within 24 hours(!!) but also helped us find the perfect new home in a neighborhood we love. Not only that but she helped us do it in a way that made us feel super safe and secure during the Covid-19 Pandemic, following all protocols and helping us make very isolated appointments both for buying and selling. We felt safe and managed and are so happy with the outcome. We’ve already referred multiple friends to her and she’s helped at least 2 close this month alone so it makes us look good :)

This is our second time buying a home and we couldn’t believe how much easier it was when you have the right realtor to help you.

Caroline was wonderful to work with. As I was a first time buyer, she was helpful in showing us how the process and paperwork works, being accessible by messages or phone calls when needed, showing us around house tours and by sending us comps which gives an idea of the bid we must place. She is not pushy at all and treats you as a friend. The only minor thing to keep in mind was it was hard getting to schedule a tour on weekday evenings as both my wife and I work, but Caroline was more than ready to schedule showings on weekday mornings and weekends.
